1) How do I join the Creator College Discord Community?

Steps:

1. First, create or log into a Discord account - SEE HERE and HERE

1. Verify your email
   
   You should definitely keep your discord open in the background while joining Creator College.
   
   
2. Go to https://content.creatorcollege.com → Click VIP Community

1. You will automatically join your specific VIP spaces.

If you already have a discord account - do not create a new one. Directly go to https://content.creatorcollege.com → Click Community

2) I’m not getting the Discord verification email.

This is a Discord issue, we can’t help you as a Creator College team.

Try:

• Download Discord App and try again
  
  
• Check spam + promotions
  
  
• Use a different email
  
  
• Disable VPN
  
  
• Contact Discord support
  
  
• Then try joining again through: Community in the platform
  
  

3) Where do I join the Creator College Community?

Please go to content.creatorcollege.com and click “Community”

4) It doesn’t create my account, shows “your account has been disabled error message.”

Please create another account with any email you have access to. 

Note: Your creator college email does not have to be the same as your discord email. You can create an account with any email you have access to. The emails are not connected.

5) My Discord shows blank channels.

This means:

You are logged into the wrong Discord account, or you haven’t clicked the community yet, on the platform.
Please try to log in to your correct Discord account and Click VIP community, if that doesn’t work, please reach out to us.

6) I don’t see Main Channels / Group Channels

Please go to content.creatorcollege.com and click Community

Once you click there, it'll direct you to Discord again and you'll see your own groups where you can continue your group chat conversations. If it doesn’t work, please refresh the page and try again.

7) I don’t see all the channels even if I clicked community

Inside Discord, please go to 

Click "Creator College" Title (click "Server Settings") > click "Show All Channels"

8) Can I get a joining link, please?

ONLY WAY to join is going content.creatorcollege.com and clicking “community button” listed in the left.

Please head to that option and access your community. 

9) I can’t text or send messages, help!

Check if the channel is read-only - If yes, then you won’t be able to text in those channels.

If it’s blocking you, it’s probably because your message includes so many links or way too long - please try to send it in 2-3 parts.
